Sheets Sync is a private, personal utility. It is provided to its own operator and to anyone the operator chooses to grant access to, at no charge.

Use

By signing in, you authorise the application to read and write the Google Sheets and Drive files you explicitly open with or create through it, using the drive.file scope. You may withdraw that authorisation at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

No warranty

The application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It may stop working, contain defects, or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the application. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of any spreadsheet the application writes to.

Changes

These terms may be revised. The version published at this address is the one in force.
